Opening times vary depending on workload and demand. Please see our Twitter for when we are open.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We offer a one year warranty that starts on the day that the suit is delivered to you. The warranty is explained in our Terms of Service.

Do you offer hand paw, foot paw, or tail only commissions?

No we do not. However we will make an exception for return full suit customers.

Will you make copyrighted characters?

No we will not.

I don’t see a specific species in your Gallery. Will you make it?

Yes we will! We embrace a creative challenge!

Do you offer moving jaws?

No we do not. All our jaws are static.

Do you offer LEDs or electronics in your suits?

No we do not.

Can I order both Indoor and Outdoor Feet Paws?

Yes you can!

Are your suits machine washable?

Everything but the head is machine washable. Please refer to our Fursuit Care Guide on how to wash and maintain your fursuit.
